Abstract
Penelitian ini dilakukan pada Kantor Kementerian Agama Kabupaten Kuningan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh Locus Of Control, Organizational Commitment, dan Perilaku Cyberloafing Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan yaitu Purposive sampling, metode pengumpulan data menggunakan angket, teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil dari pengujian menyatakan bahwa: Locus of control, organizational commitment dan perilaku cyberloafing secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Locus of control berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, Organizational commitment berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, Perilaku cyberloafing berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai.

This Study was conducted at the Kuningan Regency Ministry of Religion Office. The study was to determine the influence of Locus of Control, Organizational Commitment, and Cyberloafing Behavior on Employee Performance. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling, the data collection method used a questionnaire, the data analysis technique used in this study was multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the test state that: Locus of control, organizational commitment and cyberloafing behavior simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance. Locus of control has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, Organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, Cyberloafing behavior has a negative and significant effect on employee performance.
