Abstract

Tujuan yang ingin dicapai adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepemimpinan, employee engagement dan loyalitas baik secara parsial ataupun simultan terhadap kinerja karyawan CV Surya Nedika Isabella. Adapun hipotesis yang diajukan penulis dalam penelitian ini adalah kepemimpinan, employee engagement dan loyalitas berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap kinerja karyawan, kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan, employee engagement berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan, loyalitas berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan. Penelitian ini dilakukan menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif dan kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian yaitu seluruh Karyawan CV Surya Nedika Isabella yang berjumlah 90 orang. Sampel penelitian ini berjumlah 90 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket dengan teknik analisis data melalui regresi linier berganda. Hasil pengujian menunjukan bahwa: (1) Kepemimpinan, employee engagement dan loyalitas secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan. (2) Kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. (3) Employee Engagement berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. (4) Loyalitas berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan.

The aim to be achieved is to determine the effect of leadership, employee engagement and loyalty either partially or simultaneously on the performance of CV Surya Nedika Isabella employees. The hypotheses proposed by the author in this study are leadership, employee engagement and loyalty simultaneously affect employee performance, leadership has a positive effect on employee performance, employee engagement has a positive effect on employee performance, loyalty has a positive effect on employee performace. This research was conducted using descriptive and quantitative research methods. The population in the study were all 90 employees of CV Surya Nedika Isabella. The sample of this study amounted to 90 people. Data collection techniques using questionnaires with data analysis techniques through multiple linear regression. The test results show that: (1) Leadership, employee engagement and loyalty simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance. (2) Leadership has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. (3) Employee Engagement has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. (4) Loyalty has a positive and significant effect on employee performance.
