Abstract

Masalah dalam penelitian ini yaitu belum tercapainya kepuasan kerja yang maksimal dari Bank Kuningan. Masalah tersebut dipengaruhi oleh berbagai faktor diantaranya work life balance dan burnout. Tujuan yang ingin dicapai adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh work life balance terhadap kepuasan kerja melalui peran mediasi burnout sebagai variabel intervening. Jenis metode yang digunakan peneliti adalah metode survei. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah semua pegawai Bank Kuningan sebanyak 103 orang, dengan teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh. Data dikumpulkan dengan kuesioner yang telah di uji validitas dan reliabilitas. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis jalur. Hasil penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa (1) work life balance berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja, (2) work life balance berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap burnout, (3) burnout berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja, (4) burnout memediasi secara parsial pengaruh work life balance terhadap kepuasan kerja.

The problem in this research is that maximum job satisfaction has not been achieved by Bank Kuningan. This problem is influenced by various factors, including work-life balance and burnout. The aim to be achieved is to determine the effect of work-life balance on job satisfaction through the mediating role of burnout as an intervening variable. The type of method used by researchers is the survey method. The population in this study were all 103 Bank Kuningan employees, with a sampling technique using a saturated sampling technique. Data was collected using a questionnaire that had been tested for validity and reliability. The data analysis technique used is path analysis. The results of this study state that (1) work life balance has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, (2) work life balance has a negative and
significant effect on burnout, (3) burnout has a negative and significant effect on job satisfaction, (4) burnout partially mediates the effect of work life balance on job satisfaction.
