Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui, Pengaruh Kepemimpinan Transformasional, Motivasi Dan Disiplin Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan, Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif, Populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu karyawan pada Karyawan KSP Artha Guna Mandiri Cabang Kuningan dengan Sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 56 responden. Teknik pegambilan sampel yang di gunakan yaitu non probability sampling, metode pengumpulan data menggunakan angket, data penelitian diuji dengan menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda dengan menggunakan bantuan sofware IBM SPSS Statistic 26. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa : (1) Kepemimpinan Transformasional berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan, (2) motivasi berpengaruh positif dan signfiikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan, (3) disiplin berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan,. (4) Kepemimpinan Transformasional, motivasi dan disiplin secara bersama sama berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan.

The purpose of the study was to determine the effect of transformational leadership, motivation, and discipline on employee performance. This research was quantitative, with the population being employees at KSP Artha Guna Mandiri Kuningan Branch and a sample of 56 respondents. Non-probability sampling was used as the sampling technique, and data collection was done through a questionnaire. The research data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis with the assistance of IBM SPSS Statistic 26 software. The results of the study indicated that (1) transformational leadership had a positive and significant effect on employee performance, (2) motivation had a positive and significant effect on employee performance, (3) discipline had a positive and significant effect on employee performance.,(4) Transformational Leadership, motivation and discipline together have a significant influence on Employee Performance.
