Abstract

Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan yang ingin dicapai yaitu untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh budaya organisasi, disiplin kerja dan keterlibatan kerja terhadap komitmen organisasi pada Dinas Koperasi UKM, Perdagangan dan Perindustrian Kabupaten Kuningan.Penelitian ini dilakukan menggunakan metode deskriptif korelasional. Populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu seluruh Pegawai Negeri Sipil (PNS) Dinas Koperasi UKM, Perdagangan dan Perindustrian Kabupaten Kuningan yang berjumlah 82 responden. Teknik pengambilan sampel yaitu teknik sampling jenuh jadi semua populasi dijadikan sampel dalam penelitian ini. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah uji statistik deskriftif, uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi linear berganda, koefisien determinasi dan uji hipotesis (Uji t dan Uji f).Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa secara simultan budaya organisasi, disiplin kerja dan keterlibatan kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasi. Sedangkan secara parsial budaya organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasi, disiplin kerja berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasi,keterlibatan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasi.Budaya disiplin kerja dan keterlibatan kerja secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasi.

This study aimed to determine how organizational culture, work discipline, and work involvement influenced organizational commitment at the Office of Cooperatives, SMEs, Trade, and Industry of Kuningan Regency. This research used a descriptive correlational method. The population in this study consisted of all civil servants (PNS) in the Office, totaling 82 respondents. The sampling technique used was a saturated sampling technique, so the entire population was used as the sample in this study. The data analysis techniques used were descriptive statistical tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, the coefficient of determination, and hypothesis testing (t-test and f-test). The results showed that simultaneously, organizational culture, work discipline, and work involvement significantly influenced organizational commitment. Partially, organizational culture had a positive and significant influence on organizational commitment, work discipline had a negative and significant influence on organizational commitment, and work involvement had a positive and significant influence on organizational commitment. Organizational culture, work discipline, and work involvement simultaneously had a significant influence on organizational commitment.
