PENGARUH LINGKUNGAN KERJA NON FISIK DAN MOTIVASI KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN DENGAN KEPUASAN KERJA SEBAGAI VARIABEL MEDIASI
(Survey pada Perusahaan CV. Meika Jaya Abadi).

Abstract
Pada penelitian ini memilih perusahaan CV. Meika Jaya Abadi yang merupakan salah satu perusahaan startup yang bergerak di jual beli online. Perusahaan ini berlokasi di Desa Kaliaren, Kecamatan Cilimus, Kabupaten Kuningan, Jawa Barat. CV. Meika Jaya Abadi saat ini memiliki beberapa jumlah kinerja karyawan. Fenomena penelitian menunjukkan bahwa data performa kinerja karyawan mengalami penurunan yang tidak tercapainya kuantitas kerja dalam pendapatan (closing) pertahun nya yang ditargetkan oleh perusahaan sehingga berkaitan dengan turunnya kinerja karyawan. Pada tahun 2020 total retur sebesar 3,5% sesuai dengan target perusahaan, tahun 2021 total retur sebesar 16 % dan pada tahun 2022 mengalami kenaikan total retur sebesar 23% sehingga melebihi target sesuai perusahaan yang mengalami penurunan penjualan dari tahun ke tahun. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui atau menganalisis lingkungan kerja non fisik dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan melalui kepuasan kerja. Sampel yang diambil sebanyak 105 orang. Instrumen penelitian ini berupa penyebaran kuesioner melalui penyebaran langsung. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah uji instrumen validitas dan reliabilitas, uji analisis deskriptif, dan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). Hasil pengujian hipotesis yang diajukan menunjukkan bahwa (1) lingkungan kerja non fisik berpengaruh positif terhadap kepuasan kerja dan signifikan. (2) motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap kepuasan kerja dan signifikan. (3) kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan dan signifikan. (4) lingkungan kerja non fisik berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan dan signifikan. (5) motivasi kerja tidak berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan dan tidak signifikan. (6) lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan melalui kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif. (7) motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan melalui kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif.

In this study, we chose the company CV. Meika Jaya Abadi which is one of the startup companies engaged in online buying and selling. The company is located in Kaliaren Village, Cilimus District, Kuningan Regency, West Java. CV. Meika Jaya Abadi currently has several employee performance numbers. The research phenomenon shows that employee performance data has decreased, which does not achieve the work quota in revenue (closing) per year targeted by the company so that it is related to the decline in employee performance. In 2020 the total returns were 3.5% in accordance with the company's target, in 2021 the total returns were 16% and in 2022 there was an increase in total returns of 23% so that it exceeded the target according to the company which experienced a decline in sales from year to year. This study aims to determine or analyze the non-physical work environment and work motivation on employee performance through job satisfaction. The sample taken was 105 people. This research instrument is in the form of distributing questionnaires through direct distribution. The data analysis techniques used are validity and reliability instrument tests, descriptive analysis tests, and Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The results of testing the proposed hypothesis show that (1) the non-physical work environment has a positive effect on job satisfaction and is significant. (2) work motivation has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. (3) job satisfaction has a positive effect on employee performance and is significant. (4) non-physical work environment has a positive effect on employee performance and is significant. (5) work motivation does not have a positive effect on employee performance and is not significant. (6) work environment on employee performance through job satisfaction has a positive effect. (7) work motivation on employee performance through job satisfaction has a positive effect.
