Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui penyebaran kuesioner dan dianalisis menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) berbasis Partial Least Square (PLS) dengan bantuan aplikasi SmartPLS 4. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja (K3) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai dan Work Life Balance, Work Life Balance berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja serta mampu memediasi pengaruh Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja (K3) terhadap kinerja pegawai, sedangkan Organizational Support tidak mampu memoderasi pengaruh Work Life Balance terhadap kinerja pegawai. This study aims to analyze the effect of Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) on employee performance with Work Life Balance as a mediating variable and Organizational Support as a moderating variable at the Kuningan Regency Fire Department Unit. This research used descriptive and verificative methods with a quantitative approach. The sampling technique used saturated sampling, involving all employees of the Kuningan Regency Fire Department Unit as respondents. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) based on Partial Least Square (PLS) with the assistance of SmartPLS 4 software. The results showed that Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) had a positive and significant effect on employee performance and Work Life Balance, Work Life Balance had a positive and significant effect on employee performance and was able to mediate the effect of Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) on employee performance, while Organizational Support was not able to moderate the effect of Work Life Balance on employee performance. Therefore, the implementation of optimal Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) can improve employee performance both directly and through the enhancement of Work Life Balance.
