Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh beban kerja dan stres kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja pegawai. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu metode survei dengan analisis deskriptif dan kuantitatif. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada karyawan Rumah Sakit Juanda Kuningan. Sampel yang diambil sebanyak 74 karyawan dengan menggunakan sampel jenuh. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket dan skala interval. Data hasil penelitian diolah menggunakan aplikasi IBM SPSS 25. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa : (1) Beban kerja berpengaruh negatif terhadap kepuasan kerja pegawai Non Medis Rumah Sakit Juanda Kuningan, (2) Stres kerja berpengaruh negatif terhadap kepuasan kerja pegawai Non Medis Rumah Sakit Juanda Kamuning Kuningan, dan (3) Beban kerja dan stres kerja secara bersama berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja pegawai Non Medis Rumah Sakit Juanda Kuningan. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa perubahan kepuasan kerja dipengaruhi oleh perubahan pada beban kerja dan stres kerja.

The study aimed to determine the effect of workload and job stress on employee job satisfaction. The method used in this research was a survey method with descriptive and quantitative analysis. This research was conducted on employees of Juanda Kuningan Hospital. The sample taken consisted of 74 employees using a saturated sample. The data collection technique used questionnaires and interval scales. The research data were processed using IBM SPSS 25 application. The research results showed that: (1) Workload negatively affected the job satisfaction of non-medical employees at Juanda Kuningan Hospital, (2) Job stress negatively affected the job satisfaction of non-medical employees at Juanda Kamuning Kuningan Hospital, and (3) Workload and job stress together had a significant effect on the job satisfaction of non-medical employees at Juanda Kuningan Hospital. This indicated that changes in job satisfaction were influenced by changes in workload and job stress.
