Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui : (1) Pengaruh motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. (2) Apakah need for achievement dapat memoderasi pengaruh motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada Hotel Prima Resort Sangkanhurip. Populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu karyawan Hotel Prima Resort Sangkanhurip. Teknik pengambilan sampel yaitu teknik sampel sampling yang dimana menggunakan respondennya seluruh karyawan. Teknik pengumpulan datadilakukan dalam penelitian ini yaitu dengan cara menyebar kuesioner danpengukurannya menggunakan skala interval. Analisis data menggunakan regresilinier sederhana yang dibantu dengan sofware IBM SPSS versi 25.0. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan menunjukkan bahwa (1) Motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai (2) Need for achievement dapat memoderasi pengaruh motivasi kerja terhdap kinerja.

The purpose of this study is to find out: (1) The influence of Motivation work motivation on employee performance employees. (2) Can the need for achievement moderate the effect of work motivation on employee performance on employee performance at Prima Resort Sangkanhurip Hotel. Population in this study this study namely employees of Prima Resort Hotel Sangkanhurip. Sampling technique sampling technique, namely the sample sampling technique which which uses all employee respondents. The data collection technique used in this study is by how to distribute questionnaires and measurements using interval scale. Data analysis using simple linear regression assisted by IBM SPSS software version 25.0. Based on the results of the research that has been done shows that (1) Work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance (2) Need for achievement can moderate the influence of work motivation on employee performance.
