Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh reward, punishment dan budaya organisasi baik secara parsial ataupun simultan terhadap kinerja karyawan CV Jagaraga Kuningan. Penelitian ini dilakukan menggunakan metode analisis pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu seluruh karyawan CV Jagaraga Kuningan yang berjumlah 49 orang, dimana seluruh populasi dijadikan sampel penelitian dengan menggunakan tekniksampling jenuh. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket dengan sekala likert. Hasil penelitian ini yaitu variabel reward berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, variabel punishment berpengaruh positif dan signifikan dan variabel budaya organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, variabel reward, punishment dan budaya organisasi secara simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan.

The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of reward, punishment and organizational culture, either partially or simultaneously, on the performance of CV Jagaraga Kuningan employees. This research was conducted using a quantitative approach analysis method. The population in this study was all 35 employees of CV Jagaraga Kuningan, where the entire population was used as a research sample using saturated sampling techniques. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire with a Likert scale. The results of this research are that the reward variable has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, the punishment variable has a positive and significant effect and the organizational culture variable has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, the reward, punishment and organizational culture variables simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee performance.
