Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui, Pengaruh Disiplin Kerja, Motivasi Dan Kepuasan Kerja Terhadap Produktivitas Kerja, Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif, Populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu karyawan
pada Konveksi Alena Hijab dengan Sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 105 responden. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang di gunakan yaitu purposive sampling, metode pengumpulan data menggunakan angket, data penelitian diuji dengan
menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda dengan menggunakan bantuan sofware IBM SPSS Statistic 26. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa, disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif dan signfikan terhadap produktivitas kerja, motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap poroduktivitas kerja, kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja. Secara simultan
disiplin kerja, motivasi dan kepuasan kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of work discipline, motivation, and job satisfaction on work roductivity. This research was quantitative, and the population in this study consisted of employees at Alena Hijab Convection, with a sample of 105 respondents. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling, and the data collection method used was a questionnaire. The research data were tested using multiple linear regression analysis with the help of IBM SPSS Statistic 26 software. The results of this study indicated that work discipline had a positive and significant effect on work productivity, work motivation had a positive and
significant effect on work productivity, and job satisfaction had a positive and significant effect on work productivity. Simultaneously, work discipline, motivation, and job satisfaction had a significant effect on work productivity
