Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan pada Dinas Perhubungan Pegawai RSU KMC Luragung Kuningan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui, Pengaruh Kompensasi dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja melalui kepuasan kerja sebagai variabel Mediasi. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif, teknik pegambilan sampel yang di gunakan yaitu sampel jenuh dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 117 orang pegawai pada RSU KMC Luragung Kuningan. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan angket, data penelitian diuji dengan menggunakan analisis jalur (Analisis Regresi Linier Berganda dan Uji Sobel) dengan menggunakan IBM SPSS Statistic 25 dan kalkulator sobel test. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa, kompensasi berpengaruh positif terhadap kepuasan kerja, lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap kepuasan kerja, kompensasi kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja, lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja, kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja, kepuasan kerja dapat memediasi pengaruh kompensasi kerja terhadap kinerja, dan kepuasan kerja dapat memediasi pengaruh lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja.

This research was conducted at the Employee Transportation Service of RSU KMC Luragung Kuningan. The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of compensation and work environment on performance through job satisfaction as a mediating variable. This research is a quantitative research, the sampling technique used is a saturated sample with a total sample of 117 employees at RSU KMC Luragung Kuningan. The data collection method uses a questionnaire, research data is tested using path analysis (Multiple Linear Regression Analysis and Sobel Test) using IBM SPSS Statistics 25 and the Sobel test calculator. The results of this study show that, compensation has a positive effect on job satisfaction, the work environment has a positive effect on job satisfaction, work compensation has a positive effect on performance, the work environment has a positive effect on performance, job satisfaction has a positive effect on performance, job satisfaction can mediate the effect of work compensation on performance, and job satisfaction can mediate the influence of the work environment on performance.
