Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kontribusi layanan financial technology terhadap perilaku manajemen keuangan Pada Masyarakat Usia Produktif Generasi Milenial dan Gen Z Di Kecamatan Salem. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif dan verifikatif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah accidental sampling berjumlah 150 orang responden. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara menyebarkan kuesioner dalam bentuk google form. Pengujian hipotesis dalam penelitian ini menggunakan uji analisis linear berganda. Hasil penelitian secara parsial menunjukkan bahwa kemudahan layanan fintech, kepercayaan layanan fintech, manfaat layanan fintech berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap perilaku manajemen keuangan. Hasil penelitian secara simultan menunjukkan bahwa kemudahan layanan fintech, kepercayaan layanan fintech, manfaat layanan fintech berpengaruh terhadap perilaku manajemen keuangan.
Kata Kunci : Kemudahan Layanan Fintech, Kepercayaan Layanan Fintech, Manfaat Layanan Fintech, Perilaku Manajemen Keuangan.

This study aims to determine the effect of the contribution of financial technology services on financial management behavior in productive-age millennial and gen Z communities in Salem Sub-district. The method used in this research is descriptive and verification method with quantitative approach. The sampling technique used was accidental sampling totaling 150 respondents. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires in the form of google form. Hypothesis testing in this study using multiple linear analysis tests. Research results partially shows that the ease of fintech services, trust in fintech services, the benefits of fintech services have a positive and significant effect on financial management behavior. The results of the study simultaneously show that the ease of fintech services, trust in fintech services, the benefits of fintech services affect financial management behavior.
