Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Lingkungan Kerja dan
Disiplin Kerja terhadap Kepuasan Kerja karyawan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini
adalah karyawan PDAM Tirta Kamuning Kuningan. Penelitian ini menggunakan
penelitian deskriptif dan kuantitatif. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan analisis
regresi linear berganda. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket dan skala
likert. Data hasil penelitian diolah menggunakan aplikasi IBM SPSS 25. Hasil
penelitian menunjukan bahwa lingkungan kerja dan disiplin kerja secara simultan
berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan, lingkungan
kerja secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja
karyawan, dan disiplin kerja secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan
terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan.
Kata Kunci : Lingkungan Kerja , Disiplin Kerja , Kepuasan Kerja Karyawan
his study aims to determine the influence of the work environment and
work discipline on employee job satisfaction. The population in this study consists
of employees of PDAM Tirta Kamuning Kuningan. This research employs
descriptive and quantitative methods. The research method utilizes multiple linear
regression analysis. Data collection techniques include questionnaires and Likert
scales. The data obtained from the research were processed using IBM SPSS 25
software. The results show that the work environment and work discipline
simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction.
The work environment, partially, has a positive and significant effect on employee
job satisfaction, and work discipline, partially, has a positive and significant effect
on employee job satisfaction.
