Abstract
Tujuan yang ingin dicapai adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh motivasi kerja, kompensasi, dan budaya organisasi baik secara parsial ataupun simultan terhadap komitmen organisasi pada Dinas Perhubungan Kabupaten Kuningan. Adapun hipotesis yang diajukan penulis dalam penelitian ini adalah motivasi kerja, kompensasi, dan budaya organisasi berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap komitmen organisasi. motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap komitmen organisasi, kompensasi berpengaruh positif terhadap komitmen organisasi, budaya organisasi berpengaruh positif terhadap komitmen organisasi. Penelitian ini dilakukan menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif dan kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian yaitu berstatus sebagai pegawai negeri sipil yang berjumlah 72 orang. Sample penelitian ini berjumlah 72 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket dengan teknik analisis data melalui regresi linear berganda. Hasil pengujian menunjukan bahwa: (1) motivasi kerja, kompensasi, dan budaya organisasi terdapat pengaruh simultan terhadap komitmen organisasi. (2) motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap komitmen organisasi. (3) kompensasi berpengaruh positif terhadap komitmen organisasi. (4) budaya organisasi berpengaruh positif terhadap komitmen organisasi.

The goal to be achieved is to find out the influence of work motivation, compensation, and organizational culture either partially or simultaneously on organizational commitment to the Kuningan Regency Transportation Office. The hypothesis proposed by the author in this study is that work motivation, compensation, and organizational culture have a simultaneous effect on organizational commitment. Work motivation has a positive effect on organizational commitment, compensation has a positive effect on organizational commitment, organizational culture has a positive effect on organizational commitment. This research was conducted using descriptive and quantitative research methods. The population in the study is 72 people with the status of civil servants. The sample of this study was 72 people. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire with a data analysis technique through multiple linear regression. The test results show that: (1) work motivation, compensation, and organizational culture have a simultaneous influence on organizational commitment. (2) work motivation has a positive effect on organizational commitment. (3) Compensation has a positive effect on organizational commitment. (4) Organizational culture has a positive effect on organizational commitment.
