Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menginvestigasi pengaruh kualitas produk, citra merek dan promosi terhadap keputusan pembelian pada mahasiswa Universitas Kuningan, Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu penelitian kuantitatif deskriptif. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu metode survey dengan Teknik pengumpulan data berupa kuesioner pada mahasiswa Universitas Kuningan pengguna smartphone Samsung. Sampel yang diambil berjumlah 100 responden ditentukan dengan rumus Lemeshow. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa kualitas produk, citra merek dan promosi secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian. Kualitas produk berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian, citra merek berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian, dan promosi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian. Hasil penelitian diharapkan dapat memberikan wawasan yang lebih mendalam tentang faktor-faktor yang mepengaruhi keputusan pembelian pada smartphone samsung untuk meningkatkan pengalaman pengguna smartphone samsung.

This research aims to investigate the influence of product quality, brand image and promotion on purchasing decisions among Kuningan University students. The type of research used in this research is descriptive quantitative research. The method used in this research is a survey method with data collection techniques in the form of questionnaires among Kuningan University students who use Samsung smartphones. The sample taken was 100 respondents determined using the Lemeshow formula. The research results show that product quality, brand image and promotion simultaneously influence purchasing decisions. Product quality has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, brand image has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, and promotions have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. The research results are expected to provide deeper insight into the factors that influence purchasing decisions on Samsung smartphones to improve the experience of Samsung smartphone users.
