Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Motivasi Kerja, Kompensasi, dan Komitmen Organisasi terhadap Disiplin Kerja. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif dan verifikatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pegawai Dinas Koperasi, UKM, Perdagangan, dan Perindustrian Kabupaten Kuningan yang berjumlah 129 pegawai. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling dengan kriteria responden Pegawai Negeri Sipil (PNS) dan Pegawai Pemerintah dengan Perjanjian Kerja (P3K) penuh waktu pada Dinas Koperasi, UKM, Perdagangan, dan Perindustrian Kabupaten Kuningan berjumlah 91 pegawai. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui penyebaran kuesioner secara manual yang menggunakan skala interval 1-7. Data yang diperoleh kemudian dianalisis menggunakan metode analisis regresi linear berganda dengan bantuan software IBM SPSS Statistics 25. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan menunjukkan bahwa (1) Motivasi kerja, kompensasi, dan komitmen organisasi secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap disiplin kerja, (2) Motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan tehadap disiplin kerja, (3) Kompensasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap disiplin kerja, (4) Komitmen organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap disiplin kerja.

This research aims to determine the influence of Work Motivation, Compensation, and Organizational Commitment on Work Discipline. This research uses a quantitative method with a descriptive and verificative analysis. The population in this research is all employees of the Cooperatives, UKM, Trade, and Industry Office of Kuningan Regency which totals 129 employees. The sampling technique used purposive sampling with the criteria of respondents being Full-time Civil Servants and Government Employees with Employment Agreements at the Cooperatives, UKM, Trade, and Industry Office of Kuningan Regency totaling 91 employees. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires manually using an interval scale of 1-7. The data obtained was then analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis methods through SPSS Statistics. Based on the results of the research that has been carried out, it shows that (1) Work Motivation, Compensation, and Organizational commitment simultaneously have a significant effect on Work Discipline, (2) Work Motivation has a positive and significant effect on Work Discipline, (3) Compensation has a positive and significant effect on Work Discipline, (4) Organizational Commitment has a positive and significant on Work Discipline.
