Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis adanya pengaruh Lingkungan Kerja, Disiplin Kerja dan Pengembangan Karir Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai secara parsial dan simultan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif dan verifikatif dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu pegawai Bank Kuningan di Kabupaten Kuningan, sampel yang digunakan untuk penelitian yaitu sebanyak 89 responden. Teknik pengumpulan datanya menggunakan kuesioner dengan skala pengukurannya menggunakan skala ordinal. Untuk analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil dalam penelitian menunjukan bahwa 1) Lingkungan Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai, 2) Disiplin Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai, 3) Pengembangan Karir berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai 4). Lingkungan Kerja, Disiplin Kerja dan Pengembangan Karir berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai.

This study aimed to determine and analyze the effect of Work Environment, Work Discipline and Career Development on Employee Performance partially and simultaneously. The method used in this research is descriptive and verification method using quantitative approach. The population in this studied employees of Kuningan Bank in Kuningan Regency, the sample used for research was 89 respondents. The data collection technique used a questionnaire with a measurement scale using an ordinal scale. For data analysis in this studied using multiple linear regression analysis. The results in the study showed that 1) Work Environment had a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance, 2) Work Discipline had a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance, 3) Career Development had a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance 4). Work Environment, Work Discipline and Career Development have a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance.
