Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan gambaran lingkungan kerja, kinerja pegawai, dan motivasi kerja, mengetahui pengaruh lingkungan kerja terhadap motivasi kerja, mengetahui pengaruh lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai, mengetahui pengaruh motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai, mengetahui pengaruh lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai yang dimediasi oleh motivasi kerja pada Dinas Pendidikan Kabupaten Majalengka. Populasi dan sampel yaitu pegawai Dinas Pendidikan Kabupaten Majalengka dengan teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah sampel jenuh yang berarti seluruh populasi dijadikan sampel sebanyak 57 orang pegawai. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan melakukan penyebaran kuesioner. pengujian validitas, reliabilitas dan uji hipotesis dilakukan dengan menggunakan software IBM SPSS Statistic 26 path analysis dan Sobel test. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa lingkungan kerja pada pegawai Dinas Pendidikan Kabupaten Majalengka dalam kategori tinggi, motivasi kerja masuk dalam kategori tinggi dan kinerja pegawai masuk dalam kategori tinggi. Lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap motivasi kerja, lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai dan lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai yang dimediasi oleh motivasi kerja.

The purpose of this study is to describe the description of the work environment, employee performance, and work motivation, determine the influence of the work environment on work motivation, know the influence of the work environment on employee performance, know the influence of work motivation on employee performance, know the influence of the work environment on employee performance mediated by work motivation at the Majalengka Regency Education Office. The population and sample, namely employees of the Majalengka District Education Office with the sampling technique used are saturated samples, which means that the entire population is sampled as many as 57 employees. Data collection is carried out by distributing questionnaires. Validity, reliability and hypothesis testing were performed using IBM SPSS Statistic 26 path analysis and Sobel test software. The results showed that the work environment of Majalengka District Education Office employees was in the high category, Work motivation is included in the high category and employee performance is included in the high category. The work environment has a positive and significant effect on work motivation, the work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance and the work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance mediated by work motivation.
