Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menginvestigasi pengaruh lingkungan kerja, kompensasi, pengembangan karir, dan retensi karyawan terhadap turnover intention di Divisi Plastik CV. Surya Nedika Isabella. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif. Teknik pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan cara sampel jenuh (sampel populasi) sebanyak 40 responden yaitu karyawan divisi plastik CV. Surya Nedika Isabella. Teknik pengambilan data menggunakan angket dengan skala ordinal. Analisis terdiri dari analisis deskriptif, uji asumsi klasik (uji normalitas, uji multikolinearitas, dan uji regresi linier berganda ), dengan bantuan aplikasi SPSS 22. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa : (1) lingkungan kerja, kompensasi, pengembangan karir, dan retensi karyawan secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap turnover intention, (2) Lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap turnover intention, (3) Kompensasi berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap turnover intention, (4) Pengembangan Karir berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap turnover intention, sedangkan (5) Retensi karyawan berpengaruh positif tidak signifikan terhadap turnover intention.

This research aims to investigate the influence of the work environment, compensation, career development and employee retention onturnover intention in the CV Plastics Division. Surya Nedika Isabella. The method used in this research is quantitative. The sampling technique was carried out using a saturated sample (population sample) of 40 respondents, namely employees of the CV plastics division. Surya Nedika Isabella. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire with an ordinal scale. The analysis consists of descriptive analysis, classic assumption tests (normality test, multicollinearity test, and multiple linear regression test), with the help of the SPSS 22 application. The research results show that: (1) work environment, compensation, career development, and employee retention simultaneously influence on turnover intention, (2) The work environment has a significant positive effect on turnover intention, (3) Compensation has a significant positive effect on turnover intention, (4) Career Development has a significant positive effect on turnover intention, while (5) Employee retention has a positive not significant effect on turnover intention.
