Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis sejauh pengaruh ketidakpuasan terhadap turnover intention. Untuk mengetahui pengaruh komitmen terhadap turnover intention. Untuk mengetahui kepemimpinan transformasional memoderasi pengaruh ketidakpuasan terhadap turnover intention. Untuk mengetahui kepemimpinan transformasional memoderasi pengaruh komitmen terhadap turnover intention. Penelitian menggunakan metoda survey, dengan pendekatan analisis deskriptif kuantitatif. Populasi yang akan digunakan sebagai penelitian adalah pegawai PDAM dan Bank Kuningan yang berjumlah 329, karena populasinya lebih dari 100 maka penarikan sampelnya menggunakan rumus slovin jadi sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 181 responden. Data dianalisis dengan analisis MRA. Hasil penelitian menunjukan Ketidakpuasan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention. Komitmen berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention. Kepemimpinan transformasional berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention. Kepemimpinan transformasional memoderasi pengaruh ketidakpuasan terhadap turnover intention. Kepemimpinan transformasional memoderasi pengaruh komitmen terhadap turnover intention..

This study aims to analyze the extent to which dissatisfaction influences turnover intention. To examine the impact of commitment on turnover intention. To investigate whether transformational leadership moderates the effect of dissatisfaction on turnover intention. To explore whether transformational leadership moderates the effect of commitment on turnover intention. The research uses a survey method with a quantitative descriptive analysis approach. The population for this study consists of employees from PDAM and Bank Kuningan, totaling 329 individuals. Since the population exceeds 100, the sample is determined using the Slovin formula, resulting in 181 respondents. Data were analyzed using Multiple Regression Analysis (MRA). The research findings show that dissatisfaction has a positive and significant effect on turnover intention. Commitment has a negative and significant effect on turnover intention. Transformational leadership has a negative and significant effect on turnover intention. Transformational leadership moderates the effect of dissatisfaction on turnover intention. Transformational leadership also moderates the effect of commitment on turnover intention.
