Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis bagaimana pengaruh gaya
kepemimpinan, disiplin kerja dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai pada
Dinas Koperasi UKM, Perdagangan dan Perindustrian Kabupaten Kuningan.
Adapun hipotesis yang diajukan penulis dalam penelitian ini adalah gaya
kepemimpinan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai, disiplin kerja berpengaruh
terhadap kinerja pegawai, lingkungan kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja
pegawai, serta gaya kepemimpinan, disiplin kerja dan lingkungan kerja
berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Metode yang digunakan
adalah deskriptif kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu seluruh Pegawai
Negeri Sipil (PNS) Dinas Koperasi UKM, Perdagangan dan Perindustrian
Kabupaten Kuningan yang berjumlah 82 orang. Sampel penelitian menggunakan
teknik sampling jenuh jadi semua populasi dijadikan sampel responden penelitian.
Teknik analisis data yang dilakukan dalam penelitian ini adalah uji statistik
deskriptif, uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi linear berganda, koefisien determinasi
(R2
) dan uji hipotesis (uji f dan uji t) dengan menggunakan software SPSS versi
25. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa secara simultan gaya kepemimpinan,
disiplin kerja dan lingkungan kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja
pegawai. Sedangkan secara parsial gaya kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif dan
signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif dan
signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan
signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai

This research aims to analyze the influence of leadership style, work discipline
and work environment on employee performance at the Kuningan Regency
Cooperative, UKM, Trade and Industry Service. The hypothesis proposed by the
author in this research is that leadership style influences employee performance,
work discipline influences employee performance, the work environment
influences employee performance, and leadership style, work discipline and work
environment simultaneously influence employee performance. The method used
is descriptive quantitative. The population in this study were all Civil Servants
(PNS) of the UKM, Trade and Industry Cooperatives Service, Kuningan Regency,
totaling 82 people. The research sample used a saturated sampling technique so
the entire population was used as a sample of research respondents. The data
analysis techniques used in this research are descriptive statistical tests, classical
assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination
(R2) and hypothesis testing (f test and t test) using SPSS version 25 software. The
results of the study show that simultaneously Leadership style, work discipline
and work environment have a significant effect on employee performance.
Meanwhile, partially leadership style has a positive and significant effect on
employee performance, work discipline has a positive and significant effect on
employee performance, the work environment has a positive and significant effect
on employee performance
