MODERASI VARIABEL KOMPENSASI PADA PENGARUH DISIPLIN KERJA DAN MOTIVASI KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN TOSERBA FAJAR REGIONAL KUNINGAN TIMUR.

Abstract
Penelitian ini dilakukan pada karyawan Toserba Fajar Regional Kuningan Timur. Bertujuan untuk menganalisis moderasi variabel kompensasi pada pengaruh disiplin kerja dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Populasi dan sempel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 50 responden, metode pengumpulan data menggunakan koesioner. Kemudian dilakukan analisis kuantitatif meliputi uji istrumen, uji asumsi klasik, dan uji hipotesis. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA). Data hasil penelitian diolah menggunakan aplikasi SPSS 26. Hasil penelitian menujukan bahwa (H1) Disiplin Kerja tidak berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. (H2) Motivasi Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. (H3) Efek Moderasi Kompensasi pada Disiplin Kerja tidak berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. (H4) Efek Moderasi Kompensasi pada Motivasi Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan.

This research was conducted on employees of the East Kuningan Regional Fajar Department Store. Aims to analyze the moderation of compensation variables on the influence of work discipline and work motivation on employee performance. The population and sample in this study were 50 respondents, the data collection method used a questionnaire. Then a quantitative analysis was carried out including instrument testing, classical assumption testing, and hypothesis testing. The analysis technique used is Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA). The research data was processed using the SPSS 26 application. The research results show that (H1) Work Discipline does not have a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance. (H2) Work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. (H3) The Moderating Effect of Compensation on Work Discipline does not have a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance. (H4) The Moderating Effect of Compensation on Work Motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance.
