Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana gambaran tentang Pengaruh Pengawasan dan Kepemimpinan Terhadap Disiplin Kerja Pegawai, untuk mengetahui besarnya pengaruh pengawasan secara parsial terhadap disiplin kerja
pegawai, untuk mengetahui besarnya pengaruh kepemimpinan secara parsial terhadap disiplin kerja, untuk mengetahui besarnya pengaruh pengawasan dan kepemimpinan secara simultan terhadap disiplin kerja pegawai. Dengan menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif, sampelnya adalah pegawai yang berjumlah 40 orang. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa hasil analisis regresi variabel Pengawasan (X1) memiliki nilai koefisien sebesar0,679 yang
artinya bahwa variabel Pengawasan secara parsial berpengaruh positif terhadap disiplin kerja. Hasil analisis regresi variabel Kepemimpinan (X1) memiliki nilai koefisien sebesar 0,420 yang artinya bahwa variabel Kepemimpinan secara parsial berpengaruh terhadap disiplin kerja.

This study aims to find out how the Influence of Supervision and Leadership on
Employee Work Discipline is described, to find out the magnitude of the influence
of partial supervision on employee work discipline, to find out the magnitude of
the influence of partial leadership on work discipline, to find out the magnitude of
the influence of supervision and leadership simultaneously on employee work
discipline. Using a quantitative descriptive research method, the sample was 40
employees. The results of this study show that the regression analysis of the
Supervision variable (X1) has a coefficient value of 0.679 which means that the
Supervision variable partially has a positive effect on work discipline. The results
of the regression analysis of the Leadership variable (X1) have a coefficient value
of 0.420 which means that the Leadership variable partially affects work
discipline.
