Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh kinerja pegawai dalam kurun waktu dua tahun terakhir tidak sesuai dengan harapan intansi dan harus ditingkatkan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh tambahan penghasilan dan
motivasi pegawai terhadap kinerja Aparatur Sipil Negara Kantor BKPSDM Kuningan Jawa Barat secara parsial maupun bersama-sama (simultan). Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah survey dengan jenis penelitian asosiatif
dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah pegawai BKPSDM Kabupaten Kuningan yang jumlahnya sebanyak 70 orang dan sampel yang diambil dalam penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 70 orang dari seluruh populasi yang ada (Sampel Jenuh). Dalam mengumpulkan data perusahaan penulis menggunakan teknik dokumentasi dan angket dengan skala interval. Pehitungan untuk menguji hipotesis yang diajukan menggunakan analisis regresi linear
berganda dengan bantuan aplikasi SPSS for windows. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan : (1) Tambahan penghasilan berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja ASN di kanator
BKPSDM Kabupaten Kuningan, (2) Motivasi kerja pegawai berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja ASN di kanator BKPSDM Kabupaten Kuningan, dan (3) Tambahan penghasilan dan motivasi kerja pegawai secara simultan berpengaruh
terhadap kinerja ASN di kanator BKPSDM Kabupaten Kuningan.

This research was motivated by the fact that the employees' performance over the past two years did not meet the institution's expectations and needed improvement. The aim of this study was to determine the influence of additional income and employee motivation on the performance of Civil Servants at the BKPSDM Office in Kuningan Regency, West Java, both partially and simultaneously. The method used in this research was a survey with an associative research type with a quantitative approach. The population in this study was the employees of BKPSDM Kuningan Regency, totaling 70 people, and the sample taken in this study was 70 people from the entire population (Saturated Sample). In collecting company data, the author used documentation techniques and questionnaires with an interval scale. The calculation to test the proposed hypotheses used multiple linear regression analysis with the help of the SPSS application for windows. The results of the study showed: (1) Additional income has a positive effect on the performance of Civil Servants at the BKPSDM Office in Kuningan Regency, (2) Employee work
motivation has a positive effect on the performance of Civil Servants at the BKPSDM Office in Kuningan Regency, and
(3) Additional income and employee work motivation simultaneously affect the performance of Civil Servants at the BKPSDM Office in Kuningan Regency.
