Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepuasan kerja dan komitmen organisasi terhadap turnover intention pada PT. Kaliaren Jaya Plywood. Metode penelitian yang digunakan penulis dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif dengan menggunakan kuisioner melalui penyebaran angket. Jumlah keseluruhan sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 100 responden. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan oleh penulis dalam penelitian ini adalah kuisioner dan pengukurannya menggunakan skala interval, data yang didapat diolah dengan metode analisis regresi linear berganda dengan bantuan aplikasi SPSS versi 23. Pembuktian hipotesis dilakukan dengan menggunakan teknik analisis deskripif. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa : kepuasan kerja dan komitmen organisasi baik secara stimultan dan parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention di perusahaan PT. Kaliaren Jaya Plywood.

This study aims to determine the influence of job satisfaction and organizational commitment on turnover intention at PT. Kaliaren Jaya Plywood. The research method used by the author in this study is a quantitative method using questionnaires distributed through surveys. The total number of samples in this study was 100 respondents. The data collection technique used by the author in this study is a questionnaire and its measurement using interval scales, the data obtained were processed using multiple linear regression analysis methods with the help of SPSS version 23 application. Hypothesis testing was conducted using descriptive analysis techniques. The results of the study indicate that job satisfaction and organizational commitment both simultaneously and partially have a positive and significant effect on turnover intention in PT. Kaliaren Jaya Plywood.
