Abstract

Tujuan yang ingin dicapai adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepuasan kerja dan lingkungan kerja baik secara parsial ataupun simultan terhadap kinerja pegawai Pada Dinas Pengendalian Penduduk Keluarga Berencana,Pemberdayaan Perempuan dan Perlindungan Anak Kabupaten Kuningan Adapun hipotesis yang diajukan penulis dalam penelitian ini adalah kepuasan kerja dan lingkungan kerja berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap kinerja pegawai, kepuasan berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja pegawai, lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja pegawai. Penelitian ini dilakukan menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif dan kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian yaitu seluruh pegawai Pada Dinas Pengendalian Penduduk Keluarga Berencana,Pemberdayaan Perempuan dan Perlindungan Anak Kabupaten Kuningan yang berjumlah 67 orang. Sampel penelitian ini berjumlah 67 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket dengan teknik analisis data melalui regresi linear berganda. Hasil pengujian menunjukan bahwa: (1) Kepuasan Kerja Dan Lingkungan Kerja secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai. (2) Kepuasan Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. (3) Lingkungan Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai.

Kata Kunci : Kepuasan Kerja, Lingkungan Kerja dan Kinerja Pegawai.

The aim to be achieved is to determine the influence of job satisfaction and the work environment, either partially or simultaneously, on employee performance at the Population Control Service, Family Planning, Women's Empowerment and Child Protection, Kuningan Regency. The hypothesis proposed by the author in this research is that job satisfaction and the work environment have an influence. simultaneously on employee performance, satisfaction has a positive effect on employee performance, the work environment has a positive effect on employee performance. This research was conducted using descriptive and quantitative research methods. The population in the study were all employees at the Population Control Service for Family Planning, Women's Empowerment and Child Protection, Kuningan Regency, totaling 67 people. The sample for this research was 67 people. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire with data analysis techniques through multiple linear regression. The test results show that: (1) Job Satisfaction and Work Environment simultaneously influence employee performance. (2) Job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. (3) The work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance.
