Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh stress kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai melalui perilaku cyberloafing pada pegawai ASN Dinas Koperasi UKM perdagangan dan perindustrian Kabupaten Kuningan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif verifikatif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Sampel penelitian sebanyak 80 orang pegawai ASN Dinas Koperasi UKM perdagangan dan perindustrian Kabupaten Kuningan. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner. Data primer dalam penelitian ini adalah jawaban kuesioner dari responden yang diolah menggunakan aplikasi SPSS 25. Analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini meliputi analisis deskriptif, uji asumsi klasik, uji hipotesis melalui regresi model uji t, analisis jalur dan uji sobel. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan: 1) pada regresi model stress kerja terhadap perilaku cyberloafing, nilai t hitung 10,072 > 1,665 t tabel dan nilai sig. < 0,05; 2) pada regresi model stres kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai, nilai t hitung -3,340 > 1,665 t tabel dan nilai sig. < 0,05; 3) pada regresi model perilaku cyberloafing terhadap kinerja pegawai, nilai t hitung -4,776 > 1,665 t tabel dan nilai sig. < 0,05; 4) Pada uji sobel pengaruh stress kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai melalui perilaku cyberloafing, nilai t hitung -4,318 > 1,665 t tabel. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, disimpulkan bahwa: 1) Stres kerja berpengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai; 2) Stres kerja berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap perilaku cyberloafing; 3) Perilaku cyberloafing berpengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai; 4) Stres kerja berpengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai melalui perilaku cyberloafing.

This research aims to determine the effect of work stress on employee performance through cyberloafing behavior in ASN employees of the Kuningan Regency Trade and Industry UKM Cooperative Service. This research uses a descriptive verification method with a quantitative approach. The research sample was 80 ASN employees of the Kuningan Regency Trade and Industry UKM Cooperative Service. Data collection techniques through questionnaires. Primary data in this research are questionnaire answers from respondents which were processed using the SPSS 25 application. Data analysis used in this research includes descriptive analysis, classical assumption tests, hypothesis testing via t-test model regression, path analysis and Sobel test. The results of data analysis show: 1) in the regression model of work stress on cyberloafing behavior, the calculated t value is 10.072 > 1.665 t table and the sig value. < 0.05; 2) in the regression model of work stress on employee performance, the calculated t value is -3.340 > 1.665 t table and the sig value. < 0.05; 3) in the regression model of cyberloafing behavior on employee performance, the calculated t value is -4.776 > 1.665 t table and the sig value. < 0.05; 4) In the Sobel test, the effect of work stress on employee performance through cyberloafing behavior, the calculated t value is -4.318 > 1.665 t table. Based on the research results, it was concluded that: 1) Work stress has a significant negative effect on employee performance; 2) Work stress has a significant positive effect on cyberloafing behavior; 3) Cyberloafing behavior has a significant negative effect on employee performance; 4) Work stress has a significant negative effect on employee performance through cyberloafing behavior.
