Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh work engagement, work-life balance, dan stress kerja terhadap turnover intention pada kurir Shopee Express yang ada di kabupaten Kuningan. Meningkatnya tingkat retensi karyawan secara tidak langsung berdampak pada kinerja perusahaan karena berkaitan dengan tidak tercapainya target organisasi. Fenomena yang terjadi di Shopee Express Kabupaten Kuningan dilihat dari tingkat retensi yang terjadi. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian kuantitatif, teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik sampel jenuh dengan jumah 102 responden. Pengumpulan data digunakan dengan cara mendistribusikan kuesioner dengan menggunakan skala likert. Instrumen pada penelitian ini telah di uji valid dan reliabel, sedangkan analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa work engagement berpengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap turnover intention, work-life balance berpengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap turnover intention, stress kerja berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap turnover intention, serta work engagement, work-life balance, dan stress kerja berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap turnover intention.

This study aims to determine the influence of work engagement, work-life balance, and job stress on turnover intention among Shopee Express couriers in Kuningan Regency. Increasing employee retention levels indirectly impacts company performance as it is related to the failure to achieve organizational targets. The phenomenon occurring at Shopee Express in Kuningan Regency was observed from the existing retention rates. This research uses a quantitative method, with the sampling technique employing a saturated sample approach with 102 respondents. Data were collected by distributing questionnaires using a Likert scale. The instruments in this study were tested for validity and reliability, and the data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis. The results show that work engagement has a significant negative effect on turnover intention, work-life balance has a significant negative effect on turnover intention, job stress has a significant positive effect on turnover intention, and work engagement, work-life balance, and job stress have a simultaneous effect on turnover intention.
