Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Motivasi, Komitmen Organisasi dan Lingkungan Kerja terhadap Kinerja Karyawan (Survey pada Konveksi Casmira Hijab). Jenis penlitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif deskriptif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan Konveksi Casmira Hijab. Sampel dalam penelitia ini sebanyak 50 orang responden yang bekerja di Konveksi Casmira Hijab. Teknik sampling menggunakan metode sampel jenuh. Dalam mengumpulkan data menggunakan teknik angket. Skala angket yang digunakan berupa skala interval 1-10. Analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi linearberganda yang dibantu dengan aplikasi SPSS 25. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa: (1) Motivasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. (2) Komitmen Organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. (3) Lingkungan Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. (4) Motivasi, Komitmen Organisasi dan Lingkungan Kerja secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja Karyawan.

The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of motivation, organizational commitment and work environment on employee performance (Survey at the Casmira Hijab Convection). This type of research is descriptive quantitative research. The population in this study were all employees of the Casmira Hijab Convection. The sample in this research was 50 respondents who worked at the Casmira Hijab Convection. The sampling technique uses the saturated sample method. In collecting data using questionnaire techniques. The questionnaire scale used is an interval scale of 1-10. Data analysis uses multiple linear regression analysis assisted by the SPSS 25 application. The results of this research show that: (1) Motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. (2) Organizational Commitment has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance. (3) The work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. (4) Motivation, Organizational Commitment and Work Environment simultaneously influence employee performance.
