Abstract

Kualitas Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM) merupakan salah satu faktor yang sanagat penting untuk meningkatkan kinerja karyawan suatu perusahaan. Oleh karena itu diperlukan sumber daya manusia yang mempunyai motivasi kerja yang tinggi dan lingkungan kerja yang baik karena hal tersebut dapat mendukung meningkatnya kinerja karyawan. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui variabel motivasi kerja dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada karyawan UMKM di Kecamatan Kadugede. Pendekatan penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian survey. Teknik pengumpulan sampel menggunakan sampling jenuh dengan jumlah sampel 62 responden yang kerja di UMKM Kecamatan Kadugede. Pengumpulan data menggunakan angket (kuesioner) yang telah teruji validitas dan reliabilitas. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda, uji koefisien determinasi, dan uji hipotesis. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah (a) Motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan (b) Lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan (c) Motivasi dan Lingkungan kerja berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap kinerja karyawan.

The quality of Human Resources (HR) is a very important factor in improving the performance of a company's employees. Therefore, human resources are needed who have high work motivation and a good work environment because this can support increased employee performance. The aim of this research is to determine the variables of work motivation and work environment on employee performance among MSME employees in Kadugede District. This research approach uses quantitative methods with a survey research type. The sample collection technique used saturated sampling with a sample size of 62 respondents who worked in MSMEs in Kadugede District. Data collection uses questionnaires that have been tested for validity and reliability. The data analysis technique uses multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination test, and hypothesis testing. The results of this research are (a) Work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance (b) The work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance (c) Motivation and the work environment have a simultaneous effect on employee performance.
