Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompensasi dan konflik kerja terhadap turnover intention. Selain itu, penelitian ini juga bertujuan untuk mengetahui peran motivasi kerja sebagai variabel yang memediasi hubungan kompensasi dan konflik kerja terhadap turnover intention. Sampel penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan KSP Mekar Jaya yang berjumlah 43 orang. Analisis pada penelitian ini menggunakan aplikasi SPSS 23 dengan teknik analisis jalur (path analysis) dan uji sobel. Hasil pada penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa 1) kompensasi berpengaruh positif dan siginifikan terhadap motivasi kerja, 2) konflik kerja berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap motivasi kerja, 3) kompensasi berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention, 4) konflik kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention, 5) motivasi kerja berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention, 6) motivasi kerja dapat memediasi hubungan antara kompensasi terhadap turnover intention, dan 7) motivasi kerja dapat memediasi hubungan antara konflik kerja terhadap turnover intention.

This research aimed to determine the influence of compensation and work conflict on turnover intention. Apart from that, this research also aims to determine the role of work motivation as a variable that mediates the relationship between compensation and work conflict on turnover intention. The sample for this research was all 43 KSP Mekar Jaya employees. The analysis in this research used the SPSS 23 application with path analysis techniques and the sobel test. The results of this study showed that 1) compensation has a positive and significant effect on work motivation, 2) work conflict has a negative and significant effect on work motivation, 3) compensation has a negative and significant effect on turnover intention, 4) work conflict has a positive and significant effect on turnover intention, 5) work motivation has a negative and significant effect on turnover intention, 6) work motivation can mediate the relationship between compensation and turnover intention, and 7) work motivation can mediate the relationship between work conflict and turnover intention.
