Abstract

Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui pengaruh ketidakpuasan konsumen dan harga terhadap brand switching. Metode penelitian yang digunakan penulis dalam penelitian ini adalah metode survei. Jumlah keseluruhan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 100 responden. Teknik pengumpulan data yang penulis gunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuisoner dan pengukurannya menggunakan skala interval, data yang didapat diolah dengan menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda dengan bantuan aplikasi SPSS versi 25. Pembuktian hipotesis dilakukan dengan menggunakan teknik analisis deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa : (H1) ketidakpuasan konsumen dan harga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap brand switching. (H2) ketidakpuasan konsumen berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap brand switching. (H3) harga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap brand switching.

Kata Kunci : ketidakpuasan konsumen, harga , brand switching

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of consumer dissatisfaction and price on brand switching. The research method used by the author in this research is the survey method. The total number of samples in this study were 100 respondents. The data collection technique that the author use in this study are questionnaire and the measurement used an interval scale, the data obtained was processed using multiple linear regression analysis with the help of the SPSS version 25 application. The results showed that: (H1) consumer dissatisfaction and price had a positive and significant effect on brand switching. (H2) consumer dissatisfaction had a positive and significant effect on brand switching. (H3) price had a positive and significant effect on brand switching.
