Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui pengaruh stress kerja terhadap turnover intention dengan self efficacy sebagai variabel moderasi pada PT Galih Estetika Indonesia. Sampel pada penelitian ini adalah karyawan PT Galih Estetika Indonesia. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif dengan menggunakan kuesioner melalui google form. Jumlah keseluruhan sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 37 responden. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan oleh penulis dalam penelitian ini adalah kuesioner dan pengukurannya menggunakan skala interval, data yang didapat diolah dengan metode Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA) dengan bantuan aplikasi SPSS versi 26. Pembuktian hipotesis dilakukan dengan menggunakan teknik analisis deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa : stress kerja pempengaruhin turnover intention, dan self efficacy mampu memoderasi hubungan stress kerja terhadap turnover intention.

The research aimed to determine the effect of work stress on turnover intention, with self-efficacy as a moderating variable at PT Galih Estetika Indonesia. The sample in this research comprised employees of PT Galih Estetika Indonesia. The research method used was a quantitative method employing a questionnaire via Google Form. The total number of samples in this study was 37 respondents. The data collection technique used by the author in this research was a questionnaire, and the measurement used an interval scale. The data obtained were processed using the Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA) method with the help of the SPSS version 26 application. Hypothesis testing was conducted using descriptive analysis techniques. The research results showed that work stress influences turnover intention, and self-efficacy moderates the relationship between work stress and turnover intention.
