Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh kepemimpinan terhadap kepuasan kerja, bagaimana kepemimpinan berpengaruh terhadap disiplin, bagaimana pengaruh disiplin terhadap kepuasan kerja serta untuk mengetahui apakah disiplin bisa memediasi pengaruh kepemimpinan terhadap kepuasan kerja. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode survei dengan analisis deskriptif dan kuantitatif. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada karyawan Grage Hotel & Spa Kuningan. Sample yang diambil sebanyak 79 karyawan dengan menggunakan sample jenuh. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakkan data angket dengan skala interval. Data hasil penelitian diolah menggunakan aplikasi SPSS versi 22. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa kepemimpinan secara parsial berpengaruh posistif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja, kepemimpinan secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap disiplin, disiplin secara parsial berpengaruh posistif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja. Analisis mediasi menunjukan bahwa kepemimpinan berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan kerja. Hal ini menunjukan bahwa disiplin dapat memediasi kepemimpinan terhadap kepuasan kerja.

The research aims to find out how the influence of leadership on job satisfaction, how leadership affects discipline, how discipline affects job satisfaction and to find out whether discipline can mediate the influence of leadership on job satisfaction. The research method used in this study is a survey method with descriptive and quantitative analysis. This research was conducted on employees of Grage Hotel & Spa Kuningan. Samples were taken as many as 79 employees using jenu samples. The data collection technique uses questionnaire data with an interval scale. The research data was processed using the SPSS application version 22. The results showed that leadership partially had a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, partial leadership had a positive and significant effect on discipline, partial discipline had a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. Analysis of mediation shows that leadership affects job satisfaction. This suggests that discipline can mediate leadership over job satisfaction.
