Abstract

Tujuan yang ingin dicapai adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh komitmen organisasi dan kepuasaan kerja baik secara parsial ataupun simultan terhadap kinerja Pada Dinas Satuan Polisi Pamong Praja Kabupaten Kuningan. Adapun hipotesis yang
diajukan penulis dalam penelitian ini adalah komitmen organisasi dan kepuasaan kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai, komitmen kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai, kepuasaan kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai, serta komitmen organisasi dan kepuasaan kerja berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap kinerja pegawai.Penelitian ini dilakukan menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif dan kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian yaitu seluruh pegawai Dinas Satuan Polisi Pamong Praja Kabupaten Kuningan yang berjumlah 139 orang. Sampel
dalam penelitian ini yaitu berjumlah 103 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket dengan teknik analisis data melalui regresi linier berganda. Hasil pengujian menunjukan bahwa: (1) pengaruh komitmen organisasi dan
kepuasan kerja secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai(2) komitmen organisasi secara simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai (3) kepuasan kerja secara parsial tidak berpengaruh dan tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai.

The aim is to know the impact of organizational commitment and job satisfaction either partially or simultaneously on performance at the Pamong Praja District Police Unit Service. As for the hypothesis put forward by the authors in this study,
organizational commitments and job satisfaction influence employee performance, work commitments influence staff performance, employee satisfaction affect staff performance as well as organization commitment and employment satisfaction simultaneously influence employees performance.The research was conducted using descriptive and quantitative research methods. The population in the study is the entire staff of the Police Unit of Pamong Praja district of Kuningan which has a total of 139 people. The sample in this study is 103 people. Data collection techniques using angket with data analysis techniques through double linear regression. The results of the test showed that: (1) the impact of organizational commitment and job satisfaction simultaneously has a significant impact on staff performance (2) the organization's commitment simultaneely has a positive and significant effect on employee performance (3) partial employment satisfaction has no positive and non-significant effect on staff's performance.
