Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompensasi terhadap kepuasan kerja serta dampaknya pada kinerja karyawan CV Surya Nedika Isabella. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survey dengan pendekatan analisis deskriptif kuantitatif dan verifikatif. Sampel penelitian sebanyak 56 orang karyawan CV Surya Nedika Isabella. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner. Data primer dalam penelitian ini adalah jawaban kuesioner dari responden yang diolah menggunakan aplikasi SPSS 23. Analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini meliputi analisis deskriptif, uji asumsi klasik, uji hipotesis melalui regresi model uji t, analisis jalur, dan uji sobel. Hasil analisis data ini menunjukkan: 1) Kompensasi berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan kepuasan kerja sebagai variabel mediasi; 2) Kompensasi berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan; 3) Kompensasi berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja; 4) Kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan.

This study aims to determine the effect of compensation on job satisfaction and its impact on the performance of CV Surya Nedika Isabella employees. This study uses a survey method with a descriptive quantitative and verification analysis approach. The research sample was 56 employees of CV Surya Nedika Isabella. Data collection techniques through questionnaires. Primary data in this study are questionnaire answers from respondents processed using the SPSS 23 application. The data analysis used in this study includes descriptive analysis, classical assumption test, hypothesis testing through t test model regression, path analysis, and sobel test. The results of this data analysis show: 1) Compensation has a significant positive effect on employee performance with job satisfaction as a mediating variable; 2) Compensation has a significant positive effect on employee performance; 3) Compensation has a significant positive effect on job satisfaction; 4) Job satisfaction has a significant positive effect on employee performance.
