Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Beban Kerja dan Stres Kerja Terhadap Turnover Intention Karyawan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu metode survei dengan analisis deskriptif dan kuantitatif. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada Karyawan PT Summit Oto Finance Kuningan. Sampel yang diambil ialah seluruh pegawai sebanyak 49 orang karyawan. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan skala likert. Data hasil penelitian diolah menggunakan aplikasi SPSS versi 25. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa Beban Kerja tidak berpengaruh terhadap Turnover Intention Karyawan, Stres Kerja Berpengaruh Positif Terhadap Turnover Intention Karyawan, Beban Kerja dan Stres Kerja secara simultan berpengaruh dan signifikan terhadap Turnover Intention Karyawan.

This study aims to determine the effect of Workload and Work Stress on Employee Turnover Intention. The method used in this study is a survey method with descriptive and quantitative analysis. This research was conducted on employees of PT Summit Oto Finance Kuningan. The sample taken was all employees as many as 49 employees. The data collection technique uses Likert scale. The research data was processed using SPSS application version 25. The results showed that Workload did not affect Employee Turnover Intention, Work Stress Positively Affected Employee Turnover Intention, Workload and Work Stress simultaneously affect and significantly affect Employee Turnover Intention.
