Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui 1) Pengaruh pengawasan dan komitmen organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan 2) Pengaruh pengawasan terhadap kinerja karyawan 3) Pengaruh komitmen organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan pada KOPTI Kabupaten Kuningan dengan sampel sebanyak 38 orang dan menggunakan teknik sampel jenuh. Instrumen penelitian ini berupa angket yang berisi pertanyaan dan disebarkan langsung kepada responden. Teknik analisis data menggunakan regresi linear berganda dengan bantuan software SPSS v22. Hasil pengujian dari hipotesis menyatakan bahwa (1) Pengawasan dan komitmen organisasi secara bersama-sama (simultan) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan (2) Pengawasan secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan (3) Komitmen organisasi secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan tehadap kinerja karyawan.

This study aims to determine 1) The influence of supervision and organizational commitment on employee performance 2) The effect of supervision on employee performance 3) The influence of organizational commitment on employee performance. This study used a quantitative approach with a descriptive method. The sample in this study was employees at KOPTI Kuningan Regency with a sample of 38 people and used a saturated sample technique. This research instrument is in the form of a questionnaire containing questions and disseminated directly to respondents. Data analysis techniques using multiple linear regression with the help of SPSS v22 software. The test results of the hypothesis state that (1) Supervision and organizational commitment together (simultaneously) have a positive and significant effect on employee performance (2) Partial supervision has a positive and significant effect on employee performance (3) Partial organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance.
