Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepemimpinan, absensi fingerprint dan budaya organisasi terhadap disiplin kerja pegawai negeri sipil Satuan Polisi
Pamong Praja Kabupaten Kuningan. Penelitian ini dilakukan melalui pengisian kuesioner. Responden pada penelitian ini yaitu pegawai negeri sipil sebanyak 123 responden. Pengujian hipotesis pada penelitian ini menggunakan Teknik analisis
regresi linier berganda. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa (1) Kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap disiplin kerja pegawai (2)Absensi fingerprint berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap disiplin kerja pegawai (3) Budaya organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap disiplin kerja pegawai (4) Kepemimpinan, absensi fingerprint dan budaya organisasi berpengaruh
positif dan signfikan terhadap disiplin kerja pegawai.

Kata Kunci: Kepemimpinan, Absensi Fingerprint, Budaya Organisasi dan Disiplin Kerja

This study aims to determine the influence of leadership, fingerprint attendance and organizational culture on the work discipline of civil servants of the Civil Service Police Unit of Kuningan Regency. This research was carried out through query filling. The respondent to this survey were civil servants as of 123 respondent. Testing the hypothesis in this study uses the double linear regression analysis technique. The results of this study show that (1) Leadership has a positive and significant effect on employee work discipline (2) Fingerprint attendance has a positive and significant effect on employee work discipline (3) Organizational culture has a positive and
significant effect on employee work discipline (4) Leadership, fingerprint attendance and organizational culture have a positif and significant effect on employee work
discipline.
