Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Kinerja Lingkungan, Profitabilitas, Leverage, Ukuran Perusahaan, dan Pertumbuhan Perusahaan terhadap Nilai Perusahaan. Objek penelitian pada perusahaan consumer non-cyclicals yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) periode 2018-2022. Sampel penelitian ini berjumlah 35 perusahaan yang memenuhi kriteria, berdasarkan 5 periode maka total sampel yang digunakan yaitu 175 data observasi perusahaan consumer non-cyclicals. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif dan verifikatif dengan data kuantitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi tidak langsung. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi data panel, koefisien determinasi, dan pengujian hipotesis dengan menggunakan aplikasi eviews 9. Hasil penelitian dapat menyimpulkan bahwa berdasarkan uji simultan menunjukkan bahwa kinerja lingkungan, profitabilitas, leverage, ukuran perusahaan, dan pertumbuhan perusahaan secara bersama-sama berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan. Berdasarkan hasil uji parsial menunjukkan bahwa kinerja lingkungan, profitabilitas, ukuran perusahaan, dan pertumbuhan perusahaan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan, sedangkan leverage berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan.

The aim of this study is to determine the Effect of Environmental Performance, Profitability, Leverage, Company Size, and Company Growth on Company Value. The object of research is on consumer non-cyclicals companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2018-2022 period. The sample of this study amounted to 35 companies that met the criteria, based on 5 periods, the total sample used was 175 of observational data of consumer non-cyclicals companies. The methods used are descriptive and verifiative methods with quantitative data. Data collection techniques use indirect observation. The data analysis techniques used are classical assumption testing, panel data regression analysis, coefficient of determination, and hypothesis testing using the eviews 9 application. The results of the study can conclude that based on simultaneous tests show that environmental performance, profitability, leverage, company size, and company growth together affect the value of the company. Based on partial test results, it shows that environmental performance, profitability, company size, and company growth have a positive and significant effect on company value, while leverage has a negative and significant effect on company value.
