PENGARUH BEBAN KERJA DAN KOMPENSASI FINANSIAL TERHADAP TURNOVER INTENTION DENGAN KEPUASAN KERJA SEBAGAI VARIABEL MEDIASI

Abstract
Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji pengaruh beban kerja dan kompensasi finansi terhadap turnover intetion dengan kepuasan kerja sebagai variabel mediasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survei dengan teknik sampling jenuh terhadap 147 karyawan bagian operasional PT. Wijaya Gyokai Indonesia. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner yang telah diuji validitas dan reliabelitasnya, dan analisis menggunakan sobel test. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: (1) beban kerja berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja, (2) kompensasi finansial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja, (3) beban kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention, (4) kompensasi finansial berpengaruh negatif dan signfikan terhadap turnover intention, (5) kepuasan kerja berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention, (6) kepuasan kerja memediasi pengaruh beban kerja terhadap turnover intention, (7) kepuasan kerja memediasi pengaruh kompensasi finansial terhadap turnover intention.
The purpose of this study was to examine the influence of workload and financial compensation on turnover intention, with job satisfaction as a mediating variable. This study employed a survey method with a saturated sampling technique involving 147 operational employees of PT. Wijaya Gyokai Indonesia. Data were collected through questionnaires that had been tested for validity and reliability, and were analyzed using the Sobel test. The findings of this study revealed that: (1) workload had a negative and significant effect on job satisfaction, (2) financial compensation had a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, (3) workload had a positive and significant effect on turnover intention, (4) financial compensation had a negative and significant effect on turnover intention, (5) job satisfaction had a negative and significant effect on turnover intention, (6) job satisfaction mediated the effect of workload on turnover intention, (7) job satisfaction mediated the effect of financial compensation on turnover intention.
