Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh internship quality, career self efficacy, dan digital hard skills terhadap kesiapan kerja mahasiswa Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Universitas Kuningan angkatan 2022. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan teknik probability sampling. Jumlah sampel sebanyak 263 responden dari total populasi 762 mahasiswa. Data yang digunakan merupakan data primer yang diperoleh melalui penyebaran kuesioner. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan regresi linear berganda dengan bantuan SPSS Statistics 25. Variabel independen dalam penelitian ini adalah internship quality, career self Efficacy, dan digital hard skills, sedangkan variabel dependen adalah kesiapan kerja. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ketiga variabel secara bersama-sama berpengaruh terhadap kesiapan kerja. Secara parsial, internship quality, career self Efficacy, dan digital hard skills berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kesiapan kerja mahasiswa. Hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa semakin baik internship quality, career self efficacy, dan digital hard skills yang dimiliki, maka semakin tinggi pula kesiapan mahasiswa dalam menghadapi dunia kerja.
This research aims to find out the influence of internship quality, career self-efficacy, and digital skills on the work readiness of students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Kuningan University, class of 2022. This research uses a quantitative approach with probability sampling technique. The number of samples is 263 respondents from a total population of 762 students. The data used is primary data obtained through the distribution of questionnaires. Data analysis was carried out using multiple linear regression with the help of SPSS Statistics 25. The independent variables in this study are the quality of the internship, career self-efficacy, and digital skills, while the dependent variables are work readiness. The research results show that the three variables together affect work readiness. Partially, the quality of internship, career self-efficacy, and digital hard skills have a positive and significant effect on the readiness of students' work. This result shows that the better the quality of the internship, career self-efficacy, and digital skills, the higher the readiness of students in facing the world of work.
