SISTEM PENDUKUNG KEPUTUSAN PEMILIHAN ALAT KONTRASEPSI PADA PASANGAN USIA SUBUR MENGGUNAKAN METODE TOPSIS (Studi Kasus: UPTD PUSKESMAS Kalimanggis).

Abstract
Pemilihan alat kontrasepsi di UPTD Puskesmas Kalimanggis masih terkendala rendahnya pemahaman medis pasien terhadap risiko kesehatan. Penelitian ini bertujuan membangun Sistem Pendukung Keputusan (SPK) berbasis web untuk memberikan rekomendasi alat kontrasepsi yang objektif dan aman. Metode yang diterapkan adalah Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) dengan kriteria tekanan darah, jumlah anak, Indeks Massa Tubuh (IMT), usia, efektivitas, dan tujuan pemakaian. Pengujian sistem dilakukan melalui metode White Box, Black Box, serta komparasi klinis terhadap 50 data rekam medis akseptor. Hasil pengujian White Box menunjukkan alur logika sistem valid dengan nilai Cyclomatic Complexity 3, dan Black Box memastikan seluruh fungsionalitas berjalan sesuai spesifikasi. Evaluasi unjuk kerja sistem menghasilkan tingkat akurasi klinis yang sangat tinggi, yaitu sebesar 98%. Angka tersebut diperoleh dari gabungan 17 data yang sesuai dengan preferensi aktual pasien di lapangan, serta 32 data yang divalidasi oleh Bidan Pakar berdasarkan Standar Kelayakan Medis Kontrasepsi WHO (Medical Eligibility Criteria). Algoritma TOPSIS terbukti cerdas menggugurkan alternatif hormonal berisiko bagi pasien dengan kontraindikasi.

The selection of contraceptive methods at UPTD Puskesmas Kalimanggis is still hampered by patients limited medical understanding of health risks. This study aims to develop a web-based Decision Support System (DSS) to provide objective and safe contraceptive recommendations. The method applied is the Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS), using criteria such as blood pressure, number of children, Body Mass Index (BMI), age, effectiveness, and intended use. System testing was conducted using White Box and Black Box methods, as well as clinical comparison against 50 medical records of contraceptive users. The results of the White Box testing showed that the system’s logic flow was valid with a Cyclomatic Complexity value of 3, and Black Box testing confirmed that all functionalities operated according to specifications. The system performance evaluation yielded a very high clinical accuracy rate of 98%. This figure was derived from a combination of 17 data points that matched patients’ actual preferences in the field, as well as 32 data points validated by expert midwives based on the WHO Medical Eligibility Criteria for Contraception. The TOPSIS algorithm has proven effective at eliminating high-risk hormonal alternatives for patients with contraindications.
