Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh rendahnya loyalitas karyawan pada Klinik Kuningan Eye Center, dimana hasil pra-survei menunjukkan bahwa loyalitas karyawan masih tergolong rendah. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji pengaruh kompensasi dan lingkungan kerja terhadap loyalitas karyawan dengan kepuasan kerja sebagai variabel mediasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survei dengan teknik sampling jenuh terhadap seluruh karyawan Klinik Kuningan Eye Center. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner yang telah diuji validitas dan reliabilitasnya, dan analisis menggunakan sobel test. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: (1) kompensasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja, (2) lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja, (3) kompensasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas karyawan, (4) lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas karyawan, (5) kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas karyawan, (6) kepuasan kerja memediasi pengaruh kompensasi terhadap loyalitas karyawan, dan (7) kepuasan kerja memediasi pengaruh lingkungan kerja terhadap loyalitas karyawan.

This research was motivated by the low level of employee loyalty at Kuningan Eye Center Clinic, where the pre-survey results showed that employee loyalty was still low. The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of compensation and work environment on employee loyalty with job satisfaction as a mediating variable. This study employed a survey method with a saturated sampling technique involving all employees of Kuningan Eye Center Clinic. Data were collected through questionnaires that had been tested for validity and reliability, and were analyzed using the Sobel test. The findings of this study revealed that: (1) compensation had a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, (2) work environment had a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, (3) compensation had a positive and significant effect on employee loyalty, (4) work environment had a positive and significant effect on employee loyalty, (5) job satisfaction had a positive and significant effect on employee loyalty, (6) job satisfaction mediated the effect of compensation on employee loyalty, and (7) job satisfaction mediated the effect of work environment on employee loyalty.
