PERANCANGAN E-COMMERCE B2C BERBASIS WEB UNTUK MANAJEMEN PROMOSI DAN LAYANAN ANTAR-JEMPUT PADA QUIK & WASH LAUNDRY.

Abstract
Quik & Wash Laundry merupakan usaha jasa laundry yang berlokasi di Kabupaten Kuningan dengan potensi pasar yang cukup tinggi, namun operasionalnya masih sangat bergantung pada proses manual melalui media komunikasi WhatsApp. Seluruh proses yang dimulai dari penyampaian informasi promosi, pemesanan layanan antar-jemput, hingga konfirmasi status pengerjaan cucian dilakukan melalui interaksi chat satu per satu antara admin dan pelanggan. Kondisi ini menimbulkan berbagai hambatan operasional, diantaranya ketidakefektifan manajemen promosi, tidak adanya validasi wilayah layanan antar-jemput, serta belum tersedianya transparansi status pengerjaan pesanan secara real-time. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan membangun sistem E-Commerce berbasis Business-to-Consumer (B2C) berbasis Web yang mampu mendigitalisasi proses bisnis pada Quik & Wash Laundry. Metode pengembangan sistem yang digunakan adalah Waterfall dengan bahasa pemrograman PHP dan integrasi payment gateway. Sistem yang dibangun mengintegrasikan tiga fitur utama yaitu manajemen promosi digital, validasi wilayah layanan antar-jemput berbasis koordinat GPS dengan radius ±5 km, dan transparansi status pengerjaan pesanan secara real-time. Pengujian sistem dilakukan menggunakan metode Black Box Testing dengan 8 skenario pengujian yang berfokus pada 4 fitur utama sistem dan seluruhnya menunjukkan hasil valid, serta White Box Testing untuk memvalidasi alur logika sistem. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem yang dikembangkan mampu mendigitalisasi seluruh proses bisnis yang sebelumnya dilakukan secara manual, sehingga pelanggan dapat melakukan pemesanan layanan laundry antar-jemput secara mandiri kapan saja melalui satu platform yang terintegrasi.
Quik & Wash Laundry is a laundry service business located in Kuningan Regency with significant market potential; however, its operations remain heavily reliant on manual processes conducted via WhatsApp. The entire process—from sharing promotional information and booking pickup and delivery services to confirming the status of laundry orders—is carried out through one-on-one chat interactions between the admin and customers. This situation creates various operational obstacles, including ineffective promotion management, the lack of validation for pickup and delivery service areas, and the absence of real-time transparency regarding order processing status. This research aims to design and build a Web-based Business-to-Consumer (B2C) E-Commerce system capable of digitizing business processes at Quik & Wash Laundry. The system development method used is the Waterfall model with the PHP programming language and payment gateway integration. The developed system integrates three main features: digital promotion management, GPS-based pickup and delivery service area validation with a ±5 km radius, and real-time transparency of order processing status. System testing is conducted using the Black Box Testing method with 8 test scenarios focused on the system’s 4 main features, all of which yielded valid results, as well as White Box Testing to validate the system’s logic flow. The research results indicate that the developed system successfully digitizes all business processes previously performed manually, enabling customers to independently book pickup and delivery laundry services at any time through a single integrated platform.
