Abstract

Laksana Motor merupakan showroom motor bekas di Kabupaten Kuningan yang menghadapi tantangan dalam pencarian produk sesuai preferensi pelanggan, transparansi informasi, efisiensi transaksi, serta keterbatasan jangkauan pemasaran. Penelitian ini bertujuan merancang dan membangun sistem e-commerce berbasis website dengan pendekatan User Centered Design (UCD) untuk memastikan kebutuhan dan kenyamanan pengguna menjadi prioritas utama. Selain itu, algoritma Apriori diterapkan untuk menganalisis pola pembelian pelanggan dan memberikan rekomendasi produk yang relevan. Pengembangan sistem dilakukan secara iteratif dengan melibatkan pengguna pada setiap tahap, sedangkan pengujian algoritma Apriori menggunakan lima sampel produk dan tujuh transaksi untuk menghitung nilai support dan confidence. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem yang dikembangkan memudahkan pelanggan dalam mencari motor sesuai preferensi, menyediakan informasi produk yang lengkap, serta mempercepat proses transaksi melalui integrasi payment gateway dan layanan pengiriman. Fitur rekomendasi produk yang dihasilkan dari penerapan algoritma Apriori juga membantu pelanggan dalam menemukan motor yang sesuai kebutuhan. Dengan adanya sistem ini, Laksana Motor mampu meningkatkan kualitas layanan, memperluas jangkauan pemasaran, serta memperkuat daya saing di era digital. Sistem ini diharapkan dapat menjadi solusi efektif dalam pengelolaan penjualan motor bekas secara online dan meningkatkan kepuasan pelanggan.

Laksana Motor is a used motorcycle showroom in Kuningan Regency that faces challenges in product search according to customer preferences, information transparency, transaction efficiency, and limited marketing reach. This study aims to design and develop an e-commerce website using the User Centered Design (UCD) approach to ensure user needs and comfort are prioritized. In addition, the Apriori algorithm is applied to analyze customer purchasing patterns and provide relevant product recommendations. The system development is carried out iteratively by involving users at each stage, while the Apriori algorithm is tested using five product samples and seven transactions to calculate support and confidence values. The results show that the developed system facilitates customers in searching for motorcycles according to their preferences, provides complete product information, and accelerates the transaction process through integration with payment gateways and shipping services. The product recommendation feature generated by the Apriori algorithm also assists customers in finding motorcycles that suit their needs. With this system, Laksana Motor can improve service quality, expand marketing reach, and strengthen competitiveness in the digital era. This system is expected to be an effective solution for managing online used motorcycle sales and increasing customer satisfaction.
