Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Disiplin Kerja, Etos Kerja, dan Lingkungan Kerja terhadap Efektivitas Kinerja Guru Sekolah Dasar (Studi Empiris pada UPTD Pendidikan Kecamatan Luragung). Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan menggunakan non probability sampling, metode sampel menggunakan metode slovin. Metode pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini adalah menggunakan kuesioner atau angket. Uji Analisis menggunakan uji instrument, uji asumsi klasik, uji regresi berganda, uji keofisien dan uji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Disiplin Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Efektivitas Kinerja. Etos Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signfikan terhadap Efektivitas Kinerja. Lingkungan Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signfikan terhadap Efektivitas Kinerja. Dan Disiplin Kerja, Etos Kerja, dan Lingkungan Kerja berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap Efektivitas Kinerja.

This study aims to determine the influence of work discipline, work ethic, and work environment on the effectiveness of the performance of Elementary School Teachers (Empirical Study on education UPTD Luragung District). Sampling technique used in this study is to use non probability sampling, sampling method using slovin method. The method of data collection in this study is to use questionnaires or questionnaires. Analysis test using instrument test, classical assumption test, multiple regression test, keofisien test and hypothesis test. The results showed that work discipline has a positive and significant effect on the effectiveness of performance. Work ethic has a positive and significant effect on performance effectiveness. The work environment has a positive and significant effect on the effectiveness of performance . And work discipline, work ethic, and work environment simultaneously affect the effectiveness of performance.
