Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of self-efficacy, career planning, and technology mastery on students’ work readiness at Kuningan University. The research employed an descriptive method with a quantitative approach, using questionnaires as the primary data collection tool and multiple regression analysis for testing. The results indicate that self-efficacy, career planning, and technology mastery simultaneously have a significant effect on work readiness. Partially, self-efficacy shows a negative and significant effect, suggesting that excessive confidence may reduce students’ level of work readiness. In contrast, career planning has a positive and significant effect, meaning that students with well-structured career plans are better prepared to enter the workforce. Similarly, technology mastery positively and significantly influences work readiness, highlighting the importance of digital literacy in the modern era. These findings emphasize the need for a balance between realistic self-efficacy, strategic career planning, and strong technological skills to enhance students’ readiness to face the demands of the job market.
