Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Lingkungan Kerja, Pengawasan Melekat dan Motivasi Kerja Terhadap Disiplin Kerja. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada pegawai satuan polisi pamong praja. Sampel yang diambil sebanyak 123 orang dengan menggunakan sampel jenuh. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket dengan skala interval. Data hasil penelitian diolah menggunakan aplikasi SPSS versi 26. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Lingkungan Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Disiplin Kerja, Pengawasan Melekat berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Disiplin Kerja dan Motivasi Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Disiplin Kerja.

This study aims to determine the influence of Work Environment, Inherent Supervision and Work Motivation on Work Discipline. The method used in this study is a quantitative approach with a survey method. This research was conducted on employees of the civil service police unit. The sample was taken as many as 123 people using saturated samples. The data collection technique used questionnaires with an interval scale. The data from the research were processed using the SPSS application version 26. The results of the study show that the Work Environment has a positive and significant effect on Work Discipline, Inherent Supervision has a positive and significant effect on Work Discipline and Work Motivation has a positive and significant effect on Work Discipline.
